Terms & Conditions 

Dear Customer, please ensure you go through the following Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) before placing an order. Category-specific T&Cs are listed on the applicable category pages.


1. Prices

  • All prices are VAT exclusive.

2. Delivery Schedules

  • Payment:

    • Clients outside Nairobi & immediate environs will be required to pay upfront before shipping.
    • Pay on delivery only within Nairobi & immediate environs.
  • Delivery Times:

    • Same-day delivery in Nairobi for orders placed before 3:00 PM, and 2:30 PM during public holidays.
    • Next-day delivery countrywide.

3. Manufacturer Warranty

A manufacturer warranty is a guarantee or promise made by a manufacturer to repair or replace a product within a specified period if it develops a fault or fails to perform as intended due to defects in materials or workmanship.

  • For all items with a manufacturer warranty, clients will be required to take the product to the manufacturer warranty center in person for faster service. Please ensure you carry a copy of your receipt/order. Directions can be provided upon request by Frontline Equip Africa 
  • For products with a manufacturer warranty,Frontline Africa will not be liable in the event the manufacturer does not provide coverage.
  • UPS Units: All UPSs come with a manufacturer warranty, but Frontline Africa will only guarantee the unit for the first 7 days.
  • Home Theatres: 1-year manufacturer warranty (or as prescribed by the manufacturer).
  • Laptop Battery Life: Guaranteed by the manufacturer, not Frontline Africa.

4. Dealership Warranty

  • Units with a dealership warranty do not have a valid East African manufacturer warranty, as they are meant for sale in other regions.
  • These units come with a 1-year dealership or shop warranty.
  • Units with a dealership warranty have a 1-month warranty on parts like keyboards & batteries.

5. Dubai Warranty

  • Units with a Dubai warranty do not have a valid East African manufacturer warranty, and Frontline Equip Africa  does not offer any warranty on them.
  • Clients are required to test the units on delivery or before purchase.

6. Accessories/Parts on Sold Units/Screens

  • Laptop/Phone Chargers: Warranty is strictly valid for 1 month.
  • Screens: No warranty after testing at the shop.
  • Keyboards: No warranty after 1 month and none in case of liquid damage.
  • Batteries: 1-month warranty.
  • Internal Hard Drives: 1-month warranty on sold items.
  • External HDDs: No warranty after testing on delivery or at the shop.

7. Prices

  • Prices on Frontline Equip Africa  are subject to change without prior notice based on stock availability, running offers, and other factors in order to guarantee the best deals for our clients.

8. After-Sale Service

  • After-sale service can be provided upon request, depending on the units being purchased.
  • Units requiring installation lasting more than an hour will be billed.
  • 1 year of free after-sale support, including collections and drops from the client’s location by our riders.
  • Our delivery team is well trained and can assist with setup on delivery.

  • Being in possession of this document acknowledges that you have read and accepted both the General T&Cs and the T&Cs for your product category.

9. Warranty Information

  • Any units with less than a 1-year warranty are not considered brand-new products.
